The Fantasy Bye Week Staff Writer
DFS Week 10 Plays
We have hit the Week 10 mark and hopefully all of you are cruising in your fantasy leagues, and have made a ton of money with your DFS plays. The snow is starting to fall and the Christmas music is all around us. Buckle up…. Playoffs will be here before you know it.
Premium Plays ($7,500 or more)
Cooper Kupp (LA) $8,100: Kupp is on a tear this season, and I cannot see that stopping this week against Pittsburgh. The Steelers allow the most points to opposing slot receivers so far this season. With the wat Kupp has been playing, along with the absence of Cooks, he is primed for a monster day.
Aaron Jones (GB) $7,600: It’s pretty crazy think that Aaron Jones leads the league in total touchdowns this season with the historic pace that CMC is on! Nonetheless, Jones is a beast this season… He’s up against a Carolina defense that's giving up almost 28 fantasy points per game to opposing backs. Ya, I’ll take a little Aaron Jones this week!
Solid Starts ($6,000-$7,400)
David Montgomery (CHI) $6,400: Montgomery is coming off back to back great weeks. it finally seems like Matt Nagy figured out his best chance of winning is keeping the ball out of Trubisky’s hands. They should pound the rock this week against the Lions defense that gives up the most fantasy points to opposing running backs so far this season!
Jamison Crowder (NYJ) $6,500: Crowder and Darnold seem to have found some great chemistry this season… Even if they play for the Jets. Crowder is a reception machine, and that should continue up against this woeful Giants secondary!
Cheap Plugs ($5,900 and under)
Christian Kirk (ARI) $5,700: Kirk has really come into his own in his second season in the league. Along with rookie QB Kyler Murray, this Cardinals offense has been pleasantly surprising. Kirk lines up on the left side of the line, which is exactly where the Tampa secondary gives up the most points in the league! Dk Metcalf feasted on them last week, and I expect the same from Kirk.
Mike Gesicki (MIA) $5,300: This one might seem like a curveball, but hear me out. Gesicki actually put up a respectable game last week against Miami with six catches for 95 yards. This week he’s up against the Colts secondary who’s been vulnerable to TE’s so far this season. If that’s not enough for a TE worth $5300, take into consideration the absence of Preston Williams. Gesicki should be Fitzpatricks second receiving option behind DeVante Parker!
