DFS Weekly Plays
It’s that time of the week again Fantasy Bye Weekers… DFS picks of the week! Hopefully you read up with us last week, and took our advice and played a few of our favorites like Zeke, Travis Kelce and the Pats Defense. If you took our advice, more than likely you ended up in the green, or at the very least, pretty close to a payday. Lets take a look at some plays were interested in for week 3!
Premium Plays ($7,500 or more)
Lamar Jackson ($8,500): As we discussed on the pod, I am a huge fan of Lamar this week. Jackson will be leading his time into Arrowhead against Patty Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. This should quickly turn into a shoot out, which is good for our DFS play. Kansas Cities secondary has been pretty soft this season so far, and Lamar should have himself a big day.
Zeke ($8,800): Time to beat the same drum that we did last week. One of the best running backs in the league going up against the worst defense in the league. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this one out. Sit back, relax and start counting that money.
Solid Starts ( $6,000-$7,400)
Evan Engram ($6,400): Another topic of the last podcast was our outlook on Engram with Daniel Jones behind center. He should be the rooks safety blanket in his first start of his career. He’ll be in a favorable matchup this week, going up against the Tampa Bay defense that ranks 20th against TEs.
Aaron Jones ($6,900): Jones had a career high in carries last week and he did not disappoint. This week he’ll face a Denver defense that has been run all over by Josh Jacobs and David Montgomery so far this season. I expect the new looking Green Bay offense to focus on feeding Jones the ball this week.
Cheap Plugs ($5,900 and under)
Devin Smith ($5,200): Dak looked for Smith last week after Gallup went down due to an injury. I expect this trend to continue, and Smith should have a huge day going up against the worst defense in the league in Miami.
Larry Fitzgerald ($5,900): $5,900: Fitzy looks like the player of old in the first two weeks of the season. He’s logged 100+ receiving yards in both of the first two weeks and there’s no reason that trend should stop now.
